We have visited La Vista on many occasions over the last few years and have always found it to be unfailingly excellent. There is a good choice of deliciously cooked food and the service is second to none. Add to this a great atmosphere and a lovely view across Hythe Marina, what could be better!

I use this restaurant about twice a week. Food & service are excellent - always consistent, good variety of dishes available everytime with just the right quantity. All the staff are friendly & polite and try hard to ensure you leave satisfied and happy in all respects the only "F" word that I can apply is "Fabulous".

We visited on a rainy day, modern small marina with a couple of restaurants, we chose La Vista as we'd seen it advertised in visit Hythe leaflet. They do a lunchtime special at an amazingly cheap rate. I had mushrooms in a cream and stilton sauce - delicious, followed by rump steak and fresh vegetable and fresh fruit salad to finish - all for under £10.00. The waiters were really friendly and had time for a chat, one telling us that he lived in Southampton and came on the ferry to work each day. I would recommend this little gem to anyone visiting the area.

Lunchtime special is excellent value. The deserts are amazing, don't go without tasting one of these. Moss the owner is a people person and has repeat custom from locals.
